What’s included in the price?

Every rental price includes delivery, full setup, and pickup. There are no separate delivery or labor fees. What you see in the quote builder is what you pay for your items.

When do you drop off and pick up?

We deliver and set everything up before your event, then come back the day after to take it down. No rushing to clean up the same night.

How many people fit in each tent?

Our 20′ × 20′ tent seats up to 48 guests and our 20′ × 30′ seats up to 64. Having a bigger party? We can set up both tents together. Enter your guest count in the quote builder and we’ll suggest a layout.

What if it rains?

Our tents keep you covered from sun and rain. For wind or cooler evenings, add sidewalls for $15 per 20′ section. The window walls keep things bright inside.

Where do you deliver?

We’re based in East Rochester and serve Rochester and the surrounding towns, including Pittsford, Fairport and Greece. Not sure if you’re in our area? Just ask. Include your town in your quote request.

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can. Graduation season and summer weekends fill up fast. Send a quote request to hold your spot, and we’ll confirm your date.
